Jim,
Sorry I did not get back to sooner but things became hectic. Anyway, Olya had her interveiw in Kiev and wasgranted a visa. So she will be coming to Fairfax. Olya says thank you for all your hard work in this effort. Olya said she had all the correct information and owes that all to you! :)
We have decided to travel the first part of June. So next month Olya will be here in Fairfax. I am very excited!!! One question though, Olya said she is allowed to travel to the US through Vienna. Does her visa allow her to travel through anyother European city. For example, can she through Amsterdam on her way to the US?
Jim, this great news! Once again I want to thank you for all you did.
John
Aloha Jim,
How are you? I hope everything’s continuing to go well for you. Well the interview my Fiancé, Ana, attended back in January went well. She was issued a visa, and she finally arrived here in Hawaii in early March, and we wedded shortly afterwards. Her and I couldn’t be any happier these days.
I want to thank you for your help in preparing the initial paperwork for me. I can’t imagine what or how my application for a Fiancé visa would’ve ended up as, if I hadn’t sought out your services. Please use this e-mail as my testimony to recommend your services to anyone who’s looking forward to have their fiancé travel to the US for marriage. Thanks again, and much success to you and your company.
Cordially,
Dale V. Maratas
Sincerely,
Jeffrey N.
good news..after a weeks wait in kiev due to a anthrax scare and embassy closure, juliana has received the visa's ..she will fly into new york jfk on the 21st, just in time for christmas.
2 questions... i have been told by the travel agency that a round trip ticket is not required for her type of visa (fiancee k-1) but they wanted me to check with you just in case,..i have her the 1 way fare and seats now , but i must make sure this is sufficient and that the immigration officials at the airport will accept this (i.e. not having a round trip tick).
also,..are you familiar with flying into jfk new york and with the immigration and customs area there,..will juliana be able to handle getting all her luggage and control a child thru this ordeal..is there "sky-caps" or wheeled dollies available..i know she can not carry all her bags and deal with this alone...what do you know ??
thanks so much,,i will fill you in more soon...
p.s...i will fly into new york to meet her and we fly back together
to florida immediately ..i will not be able to help her untill she
comes out of the customs area i am sure....i do know that all luggage
must be carried thru customs and does not get automatically
transfered onto the next domestic flight..a complete inconvieniance.
thanks,kurt

Jim,
Hi. I wanted to say that Lily and I are ecstatic as she received her K1 Visa at the Warsaw Embassy today. She will be here in 3 weeks and we can finally start our lives. Working with you has provided a sense of security that I would have otherwise not had. This process can be overwhelming for someone who isn't aware of immigration laws. Thank you for always being thorough, friendly, patient and accessible. Your fee was more than reasonable, as it gave us the peace of mind that things were done correctly. Thanks and please keep in touch!
Andy
Hello,
Just to keep you in the loop, gosia's interview at the Embassy went great!!!. She received the approval, and now it taking care about last minute business in her country. Her itinerary for arrival into the United States is on May 21, 2003. I will be receiving her at Logan Intl Airport at around 19:00 EST.
Let me know if there is anything we should/can be doing during the period she is still in her native country.
thanks,
Duane

Hello :
I wanted to write and let you know that I have returned from my trip to Romania to visit my fiancee. Rodica and I went to her appointment at the Embassy in Bucharest on Monday April 7th and the visa process was a complete success. She recieved her visa at 4:00pm that day. It was an experience I will never forget. Rodica is now preparing to finish her work there in Brasov, visit her parents once more in Arad, and then I will again fly to Romania to escort her back with me to Pennsylvania. This will take place around May 23rd.
Rodica and I would like to extend our deepest grattitude to you and your expert assistance. You have made this process easy and timely. Take care Jim and may God Bless you and your family. Thanks again !!!
Happy Easter !
Ernie
P.S. I have been using Tarom Romanian airlines for my trips to
Romania and I highly reccomend to all who wish to visit that country.
It is a direct non stop flight from New York and at prices lower than
the discount fares online.
Hi Jim,
My Visa was finally approved in Frankfurt and they also already
mailed it to me!!! Isn't that great! My flight to New York leaves on
April 15th! Is there something I should know when I go through
customs and everything? Can we get back to you after we are married
and back from our honeymoon in April?
Thank you so much for you help. Richard and me are the happiest people ever!
Take care,
Richard and Sandra
Hello Jim. I have been very busy this past month. Marina and Illya arrived in Washington D.C. on August 16. It took her about two hours to go through Customs. With the advice you gave us on preparing her documents, we were able to to get her I.N.S and Visa approval in three months and 10 days. All together it took us three months and 21 days for her to arrive in America.Yesterday, September 18 we were married in a private ceremony on the Peace river. It was a day we had dreamed of for a long time. We will never be able to thank you enough for you services and advice. Marina and I are very glad that there are still honest men left in this world.
Thank you very much.
Marina and Melvin
Hello,
First and foremost I would like to thank you for all the help. And it is my pleasure to inform you that I have received the Approval letter from the INS. I believe you told me to write you as soon as I get it. You also said you will contact the embassy correct?
Please let me know the steps that will be taken from here on. I
will send the original approval notice to my fiancee along with the
other documents you sent to me that are on the list you provided
me.
Thank you again sir, take care and God bless.
Gratefully yours,
Rio

Hi Jim,
I had my interview yesterday in Vancouver and I'm now a proud
holder of a K-1 Visa.
The interview is a breeze and pleasant. People in the Vancouver US
consular are so nice and friendly. I'm so happy and can't wait to
come to my second adopted country to see Giao.
I planned to move to Minnesota next month after I tidy things up in
Canada. The next step is to get marry and get AOS. Oh, after I cross
the U.S. border, I cannot leave the U.S. and I have to apply for the
advance parole if I want to go back to visit Canada.
Jim, thank you for everything you help us in the K-1 visa process.
We'll be lost without you.
I will reference anyone to you in the future if they want to get the
K-1 visa.
Cheers,
Peter

Dear Jim,
I would just like to let you know that last Wednesday my Visa was approved. I would like to thank you very much for all your help with Ryan and I. It was easier than expected, but still rates as the most nerve racking experience of my life. My interview was for 9am and I walked out of the consulate at 10.30am with my visa in my hand.
They were very nice to me at the consulate, but I realised it was because all my documents were in order, I was wearing my suit (as I had to go straight back to work after) and I was polite. The other applicants hadn't completed their forms correctly, had the wrong photo's and turned up looking like they had just woken up from a dumpster!!
Anyway all went well. They gave me a few forms for when I come over, which are a little confusing, but should be fine. I arrive in America on 31st May. Im so excited and once again would like to thank you for all your help.
Regards
Amanda

<< Hello,
I just wanted to let you know that Marina arrived safely on 02-27-02, and there were no problems with her receiving the tickets in Bishkek. It took about 1.5 hours to go through customs when they arrived at the airport, and we are happy to finally be together. We want to thank you very much for all of your help with our process, and we will keep you informed on our progress through the citizenship procedures.
We will talk with you soon, and, again, thanks so much
Sincerely, Marina, Katerina, and Mike.

Dear Sirs,
Yuliya and I would like to wish you happy holidays and thank you for all your help this year. We were successful in Warsaw last month, and Yuliya and I have spent a wonderful Christmas together. We've also been working as fast as we can to prepare for our wedding day, which will be on January 26 (which is about 1 month ahead of the INS deadline for us to get married).
All the best for the New Year and God Bless,
George & Yuliya

Hi,
Wanted to let you know that Adelina and I got married on Dec.
18th. We had our wedding at the Bellagio hotel chapel in Las Vegas.
Some of my family was able to join us for the occasion.
So now I'm working on more paperwork for the INS. I have the
documents for the I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence
or Adjust Status. Are you familiar with this process? Do I have to
send this to the Nebraska office again or can I get these papers
processed locally somewhere?
Thanks.
Roger

I have just arrived back from Moscow and Omsk, where Tanya lives. She is an excellent woman, I am lucky to have met her. She had her interview at the american embassy in moscow, and we were to return at 5:00 to pick up her passport with visa. When we got back, at 5:00 they were closed, due to "precautionary measures." Then we went back on Friday, and same thing. So she is going back next week to pick it up. im, when she arrives I am lost as to what to do, with regards to adopting Stassy, next steps on their immigration paperwork, legal issues, etc.
Also, is there any way her mother, father, sister, brother-in law and a few friends could come to a wedding in the united states? Europe? Where?
I don't want to take up any of your time, as I know the service you have already provided me was well worth the fee. Do you know of a website, or a book, that has answers to some of these questions about marrying a foreigner, especially a Russian, as it seems there are lots of issues.
Thank you!
Neil

Thanks for the info. Natasha has her interview on Oct.25. She told she wants to spend the holiday with her family so she won't be coming until January. I just wanted to make sure I was correct with the time frame on the visa. Thanks and I will keep you posted. By the way how was your trip to Russia?
